We work with event organisers with years of experience in running
group events, who either run the events themselves or have intimate
knowledge of the event, the facilities at the venues and what is
humanly possible for your event. This removes the need to contact
numerous events companies for quotes and takes away all the hassle
of arranging the event. We give you the benefit of the network of
venues and suppliers available to us, so you can find the right
event for you and know it will be professionally organised.
What is the process ?
Creating your group event is a very simple and painless process:-
- Tell us what you want:
Complete the Group Event
Enquiry Form to tell us what sort of day you are looking for,
your budget, group size and roughly where in the country you would
like it to take place.
- An event organiser makes contact:
Your details are then passed to a Event Organiser experienced
in the type of event you are interested in. They will contact
you to discuss your needs in more detail and work with you to
create an imaginative and exciting day.
- Quotation:
Your event organiser will provide a fully costed proposal/quote
for you to present to your company or group of friends.
- Time to pay up:
A deposit is required to secure the event and the balance is payable
shortly before the event takes place. Your event organiser will
advise you of the payment procedures as part of the quotation.
