JCB Racing – Full Day

Event Details:
Racing 8 ½ Ton Excavator Diggers, you will race head to head with your friends and colleagues across a rough terrain course in an abundance of mud and madness.

You will not only have to negotiate the course of cones but will be required to perform a mini challenge with the use of the machine's front bucket and a cone. Each heat lasts approx 6-8 minutes and is timed with points and penalties allocated per person, or per team.

Suggested Itinerary

10.15am - Arrival, Welcome address and introductions to marshals and instructors, Safety briefing, Team formation (if required), Course rules explained, Group Tuition. At least 2 x competitive heats per person on the rough terrain course
Midday - BBQ meal, Activities recommence, Finish, Certificate presentation
3.00pm - Approx, guests depart at leisure

We will race as many race heats per person as possible, depending on numbers attending, number of machines, ground conditions and overall event timings on the day.

What should I wear?
Comfortable outdoor clothing and suitable footwear (safety boots not required). Please don't wear open toed shoes. Most activities take place outdoors therefore please bring waterproofs. We recommend bringing a change of footwear for the journey home.

How long should I allow for this experience?
You should allow approx 4-5 hours

When does the activity take place?
7 days a week from April to October. All racing must be performed in daylight. Dates given upon request.

£175.00 per person including VAT based on a minimum of 20 guests.

Are there any restrictions?
All participants must be 17 years and over and hold a full driving licence. Strictly no alcohol prior to the event. The activities are not particularly strenuous, but getting in and out of the cabs of some of the machines can be a little awkward. Please do not hesitate to discuss any concerns at the time of booking.
