Ever wished you could impress friends with an in-depth knowledge of cocktails while proving to be a bit of a mover and shaker in the process? Now’s your chance to take pride in every drink you serve using the very best ingredients and fresh fruits to prepare some of the most popular and classic drinks requested!!

Your ‘Cocktail’ experience starts with a reception drink and an informative talk introducing your instructors before being put into your chosen groups of choice.
There are 3 elements to the experience with a choice between The drinks, The Knowledge & The Fun.

1 The Drinks - International Cocktails or Smoothies: Shake up some of the most popular classic and contemporary concoctions from around the world including the Sling, Mule, Daiquiri, Bramble and many more. Alternatively, for those who prefer not to drink you can create some superb tasting fresh fruit smoothies and learn how to cut eye catching garnishes with a selection of exotic fruits.

Champagne Cocktails: For events with an added sparkle. From classic champagne cocktails through to Bellini’s, choose your flavour and add the bubbles. Additional costs will be incurred for Champagne.

2. The Knowledge - Spirit Tasting & Layering: Tasting and experimenting of more exotic and rare spirits. Learn the density of different spirits, Liqueurs and juices and then create your own layered cocktail and shooter.

3. The Fun - Flair: The art of moving and shaking: Our Flair School instructor will develop a small routine with each group to put into practice behind the bar. A great opportunity to impress your colleagues with the ultimate Tom Cruise moves.
The best bartender from each group will then compete to find out who can create the best cocktail from their new knowledge and skills learnt. First, second & third prizes are given to teams including a Cocktail guide for the most knowledgeable, a Cocktail tin for the most inventive & bottle opener for the beer drinkers.

Where does the experience take place?
We have our own Cocktail private venue in London. A venue of your own choice is also an option which can be discussed further. Additional costs will be incurred for alternative venues of your choice.

How long should I allow for this experience?
Normally 2 - 3 hours, however the experience is completely flexible and can be organised around other activities or time constraints.

When does the activity take place?
This experience takes place 7 days a week all year round.

What about the weather?
The weather will not affect this event if indoors but may be affected should you choose an outdoor venue. In the case of severe weather outdoors an alternative indoor location may be arranged on the day or an alternative day rebooked for you.

What else do I need to know?
A selection of cold canapés can be served throughout your experience; additional costs will be incurred and are dependant on group sizes. Please discuss this prior to booking the event.

What are the minimum and maximum numbers?
Minimum number of people is 10. Maximum number, unlimited.

What is the cost?
Costs below are guide costs for our own venue (London):

Cost for up to 12 guests: £1,057 (entry level flat rate cost)
Cost for up to 13 to 20 guests: from £80 pp
Cost for 21-60 guests: from £69 pp

At an alternative venue:

Cost for up to 25 guests: £1,755 (entry level flat rate cost)
Cost for 26 to 59 guests: from £69 pp

All costs include VAT at 17.5%

For the champagne cocktails an extra £9pp will be incurred either venue.
Additional costs for canapés and an alternative venue which we can provide and recommend for larger groups, may be incurred which we can discuss further with you.

Are there any restrictions?
Those under 18yrs of age are able to participate but unfortunately will not be able to sample any alcoholic drinks.
