For all chocoholics, this is the perfect opportunity to not only taste the heavenly bliss of chocolate but to also indulge in the art of chocolate making for yourself. Whilst making your art of perfection why not accompany it with a glass or two of champagne in the process!! This activity is a team building event. Groups are divided into groups and set challenges of creating their own selection of chocolates using a variety of flavours and decorations. Towards the end of the event the chocolate connoisseurs will be judged on their chocolate based on technique and creative flair.
What does the activity include?
This activity includes learning about the origins of chocolate and the process from bean to bar. You will learn how to make fudge, praline and truffles and have the chance to create your own flavoured truffle centres with spices and essential oils. Under a skilled chocolatier's guidance you can become creative with cutting, dipping and decorating your chocolate which you can take home in a red ribbon tied box along with demonstrated recipes you have learnt during the day.
During your experience unlimited Champagne will be available.
Where does the experience take place?
This experience takes place in London. For groups over 25, this event can take place after lunch or before dinner at either: Antony Worrall Thompson's Notting Grill Restaurant in Notting Hill or the Clerkenwell Restaurant in the City. A venue of your own choice is also an option which can be discussed further. Additional costs will be incurred for alternative venues of your choice.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing bearing in mind you will be working with chocolate so white may be a colour you wish not to wear. You will be given aprons to protect your clothes.
How long should I allow for this experience?
This is a 2.5 hour experience.

Seven days a week, and all year round - dates subject to availability.

Minimum group size of 8 for an exclusive booking.

by law, we exclude our liability to you for any allergies or other reactions to nuts, nut products, lactose or other food products which may arise.
English law prohibits the sale of alcohol to, or consumption by, persons under the age of 18, and customers purchasing tickets for Courses involving the serving of alcohol must be 13 years or over. We reserve the right to request valid proof of age identification before allowing you to attend a Course and we reserve any rights of entry to our premises and attendance on a Course.
