Event Details:
The Meet & Move Day is an opportunity to mix business and pleasure in a delightful rural location. Within easy access and close motorway links to the M40. The 50 acre site is an ideal location for a staff or fun away day.

This day includes a choice of 2 of the following activities:

•Honda Pilot Racing Buggies
•Quad Bike Trekking
•Off Road Go Karting
•Reverse Steer Crazy Jeep
•4x4 Wheel Blind Drive
•Archery*
•Target Shooting - Air Rifles / Pistols
•Laser Clay Shooting**

*Min booking 15 people otherwise an additional charge will be incurred. Teams will rotate around the activities throughout the day.
**Laser Clays will be available in the Summer, traditional Clay Shooting subject to availability available between October to end of February (inclusive).

Itinerary for the Action Special (Please note times are a guideline only)
0900 - Guests arrive. Register. Coffee/Tea/Pastries/Orange Juice served.
0930 - Morning meeting commences in converted barn – board room style
1100 - Break – Mid morning coffee and biscuits served
1115 - Meeting recommences
1230 - End of meeting: 2 course lunch served.
1330 - Activities begin. Meet Instructors. Group split into teams. Safety briefing to follow
1345 - 1st Activity commences (teams rotate around the events.)
1445 - Break for refreshments in the clubhouse
1500 - Recommence second activity
1600 - Return back to the clubhouse for afternoon tea and biscuits.
On site licensed bar opens (drinks charged as consumed). Scores calculated. Prize giving to follow. Depart at Leisure

Converted Barn – Board Room Style or Theatre Style includes:
•Main Meeting Room
•OHP and Screen (LCD not included)
•White Board/Flip chart and Pens
•Conference pads and pens
•Telephone, internet connections, fax and photocopying service available
•Cordials, mineral water and mints
•Full catering (Please see ‘What is included’ for more information)

•Coffee/tea/orange juice & Danish Pastries on arrival
•Full professional supervision and instruction
•All necessary safety equipment/overalls/protective clothing
•Licensed bar on site
•Lunch Included - 2 course hot meal or BBQ lunch (depending on weather) (A pub lunch will be provided should the minimum number of guests be less than 10 people)

What should I wear?
Comfortable outdoor clothing and suitable footwear.

Minimum 8, Maximum unlimited.

What is the cost per person?
£145 per person including VAT @ 15%

There are no strict restrictions however any special requirements or health concerns must be discussed at the time of booking.
