Event Details:
A team building full day of light hearted team games including Lateral Puzzles, Airsoft Strategy, Reverse Tank Driving, Minefield Crossing and Red Alert, all aimed at improving team spirit, co-operative working and communication.

This corporate team building day consists of the following activities:-

Lateral puzzles
Quite simply our own twist on a wide range of cognitive lateral thinking problems! We've made them physical! We've lot of different puzzles to try. Put your wits and those of your team against these difficult obstacles, or perhaps you'll be in a race against your colleagues in another team?

Reverse Tank Driving
Not to give too much away, this involves a whole team directing 16.5 tonnes of armoured steel backwards through a tough slalom course. With one of your team (who can't see behind them) at the controls and everyone else providing directional input through cooperation, this task soon shows highlights the teams which can communicate effectively. Practise makes perfect!

Minefield Crossing
Your team must cross the ground in front of them but they know there are hidden dangers. You'll be given a sheet showing the safe route but you'll have to translate that to the person or people you choose to send across. Get it right and there's points aplenty, but get it wrong and you'll set off a pyrotechnic charge with a loud bang (situated a safe distance away from players). Minefield Crossing is entirely safe and totally without subjectivity. You either get it right, or you don't, and you can't get it right unless you're all working together properly. A great exercise that we are finding is being increasingly requested. Try it for yourself and see why!

Red Alert
How good are you at working together to get your team out of a very tricky situation? (More details on request).

Airsoft is the modern version of paintball, but without the paint or the pain! Given your 1:1 replica weapon which fires up to 800 rounds per minute you'll be tasked with the planning and execution of various missions against your opposing team(s). Can you devise a mission strategy that works and then work with your colleagues to execute it in the face of opposing forces? Airsoft is sufficiently flexible in its conception to ensure that it is available to people of all levels of physical fitness so ensuring that everyone taking part can enjoy themselves to the full. A very popular option that is highly addictive once played.

Clients are welcomed with hot drinks and Danish pastries before being kitted out with protective overalls and given a safety briefing. Participants are divided into teams that rotate between activities though the day, pausing for a good quality buffet lunch in the middle and rounding off with tea and cakes later in the day. Depending on the wishes of the corporate client, we can incorporate seminar or plenary sessions into the day. Prizes can be offered to the winning team and highest scoring individual.
