Adrenalin Alchemy combines activities such as Coasteering, Surfing, Sea Kayaking and Mountain biking to offer up a simple team building solution for your group or company that is effective, fun, healthy, refreshing, and value for money. |
Adrenalin Alchemy provides a carefully structured course of catalytic adventure activities in a totally new
environment. The group is provided with an isolated venue and a dedicated teambuilding facilitator to guide
them through the developmental process.

The Shared Adventure Experience of the adrenalin activities breaks down barriers and strengthens

Coasteering - Coasteering is our number one team-building and corporate adventure event, as it works very
effectively within a team context. We find it very effective for developing an understanding of the
individual team members different limits and expectations; personal success is nurtured within a
structure of trust and support from the rest of the team.
Challenges can be set for the whole team to complete and goals must be achieved by the team
working together, while in a totally new environment. Coasteering provides a perfect platform from
which to explore roles within the team.
Coasteering is the ultimate shared Adventure experience, with no complicated pieces of equipment,
just you, your group and the beautiful coastline of the National Park.
Everyone can go Coasteering as long as they can pull on one of our warm wetsuits. Our event
experiences are all about excelling at your own level and achieving team goals.
You are equipped with a full length steamer wetsuit, floatation jacket and helmet, and for your added
comfort and protection we provide you with wetsuit gloves and socks.
Surfing - Fantastic beach based invigorating team event, the shared adventure and exhilaration of learning to
surf will strengthen team bonds.
You will find it a big morale booster as a corporate incentive as many people have always wanted to
try their hand at this ancient art! With more 'blue flag' beaches than anywhere else in Britain, there is
truly no better place to learn to surf than on Pembrokeshire's wide sandy beaches.
Sea kayaking - A rewarding team event in picturesque fishing habours and sheltered coastal bays along the National
Park coastline, tailored to the needs and abilities of the group.
Team goals are set and roles within the team are explored as you paddle beneath awe inspiring
cliffs, past sea stacks and into sea caves. Often accompanied by Atlantic grey seals, the team can
achieve individual success and contribute to meeting team challenges within a supportive framework.
Sea Kayaking always proves to be a popular corporate morale boosting event and a welcome
change to crowded attractions and pollution filled city centres. Impress your staff or clients with a
sea food lunch on an idyllic deserted beach.
Everyone is equipped with wetsuits, windproof jackets and floatation jackets and helmets.
Wetsuit socks or boots are supplied to keep you warm and comfortable.
Mountain biking - This is a valuable team challenge involving mountain bikes and maps, this event also works very well
in Leadership training with an emphasis on Leadership styles and the differing roles within the team.
Open to everyone who can ride a bike as the route is on tiny country lanes and wooded tracks in
gently undulating countryside with fantastic sea views.
We have a range of the more traditional problem solving exercises which we recommend combining
with our other events.
By far the best is our Bridge Building event, where using the supplied props you will need to get the
whole team across a ravine without falling into the gurgling stream below.
Decision making, working together, confronting problems and encouraging feedback are all
effectively addressed within this context.
We have also developed a unique combination of team building outdoor challenges
which take the team to different, beautiful locations on the north Pembrokeshire coast. These
challenges focus on leadership skills, co operation and communication within the team, and defining
roles to help accomplish the task as effectively as possible.
When you book with us mid-week, Monday through Friday, your
group are guaranteed exclusive use of the Lodge.
The Lodge is your perfect team-bonding location in the heart of the
Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, overlooking a peaceful wooded
valley and just one mile from the beautiful unspoilt beach of Abermawr.
Here your team can relax and un-wind together without the pressures
and concerns of their working and everyday lives. They are totally
removed into their own isolated adventure and chill-out venue,
surrounded by green countryside and spectacular ocean scenery, with
Adventure in the natural playground of the National Park right on the doorstep!
The Lodge provides for all your creature comforts as well as a functional venue for team discussions. Above
all, it provides a warm, friendly and homely atmosphere where your team can truly 'switch-off' -a real tonic
for mind and body.
We serve delicious home-cooked food, and we have a well-stocked bar with
all your favourite tipples, as well as funky music and pool table.
There are 2 comfortable lounges with wood-burning stoves, and a large
sunny conservatory perfect for group meeting.
The Lodge has a maximum sleeping capacity of 30, with 6 comfortable
bedrooms sleeping from 2 to 8 people each.
You can enjoy the fantastic west Wales sunsets on our patio, glass of wine
in hand, or remember the wonder of the night-sky, sipping a beer or two,
around a blazing bonfire in our sheltered garden area.
If you fancy an evening wander, it's only a 15 minute walk through the
bluebell woods to the beach and clean Atlantic Ocean.
We are always complimented on our friendly and efficient Lodge staff, with our attentive barman and talented
cook! During your stay our Event Co-ordinator will be on hand to answer any questions and ensure you are
happy and comfortable.
The Adventure locations are all within a 15 minute drive in our own minibuses with PSV qualified drivers.
Price - An Adrenalin Alchemy Team Building Event with us is incredibly cost effective, and prices for a
2-day/2 night course are from £259 plus VAT per person all inclusive of accommodation at our private
Lodge, home-cooked meals, team building facilitator, adventure guides and 3 half day team building events.
